Nadine Velasquez was born in Chicago, IL on November 20, 1978. This very sexy Puerto Rico-American is most famous for her role in the hit NBC comedy show "My Name is Earl" playing the motel maid.

Nadine started out modeling but then began honing her acting skills in TV commercials and local Hispanic theater productions.

After moving to Los Angeles, Velazquez quickly landed back-to-back roles in the romantic comedy "Chasing Papi" and the action flick, "Biker Boyz." She will also appear in "House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim," in 2006.

She appeared in House of the Dead 2, the 2005 film Blast, and on the January 2006 cover of Stuff, and was named #39 in the annual Maxim magazine Hot 100 list. She was also originally cast as Fernando Sucre's girlfriend Maricruz Delgado in the FOX series Prison Break but acquired a role in My Name Is Earl instead. She can be seen briefly on the Prison Break set in a featurette on the show's first season DVD set.
